About 12 years ago I bought a cassette entitled
"Inward Harmony" by Marcey Hamm (Music By Marcey) and have played it many times
over the years.
Most self-help programs require you to set aside an
hour a day to listen to them with headphones, uninterrupted, with your eyes
closed.
