Coach Air Fare plus standby Business Class upgrade, if available.

Travel expense to and from his home airport at IRS allowance of 58.5 cents per mile.

Parking fee at his home airport

Rental Car at your city

If your instructor drives to you:

IRS allowance of 58.5 cents per mile

Travel Meals, per diem max at $50

Interim Hotel stay, if applicable

Per diem meals at $50

Hotel Sunday through Thursday (check-out Friday AM) of your training week

Preferences: 
        Business class hotel (i.e. Marriott, Courtyard, Country Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn, La Quinta Inn, etc.)
        Away from ice machines, stairs and elevators (noise)
        Non smoking
        King size bed, if available
        In-room high speed Internet access (wireless OK)
